4 or large whole wheat tortillas
2 ripe avocados
2 oz sour cream
2 oz cream cheese soften
4 tbsp fresh finely chopped cilantro,
1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 clove fresh chopped garlic
Small can hot green chili peppers finely chopped or 2 tsp green chili hot sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
Add all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Mix well and spread on each the tortilla shell. Make sure to cover the entire shell end to end. Roll the shells up and cut into 1-inch-thick slices. Place a toothpick through each slice place on a serving platter and fridge until served.
Omit chili peppers if preference.
Yields 24 rolls
