Pepper Cirtus smoothie

2 oranges peeled and diced (1 extra orange for slicing and garnish}

1 grapefruit peeled and diced

2 tangerines peeled and diced

1/2 cup almond milk

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Raw honey

Cane sugar

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp white pepper

1-2 cups ice

Instructions:

In a power blender add all of the ingredients, honey and sugar to taste. Blend until it is a smoothie consistency. Serve in a tall 8 oz glass and garnish with an orange slice.
