mango smoothie

Ingredients:

2 sliced mangos (slices for garnish)

2 pears peeled and diced

1 cup fresh pineapple

1/4 cup mango nectar

1/4 cup vanilla almond milk

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

1 tsp wheat germ

1 tsp chopped ginger

1 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp raw honey

1 cup ice

Instructions:


Freeze a few of the mango slices. In a power blender add all ingredients into the blender and mix until the consistency is thick enough for a smoothie, but thin enough to drink through a straw. Pour into an 8 oz glass and garnish with a slice of mango. This is for the mango lovers.
