green leaf smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach

1 cup fresh kale

1 cup fresh strawberries

1 cup fresh kiwi

1 cup fresh white seedless grapes

1/2 cup fresh pineapple

2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp fresh ginger

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp wheat germ

1 cup ice

2 tbsp raw honey

White grapes for garnish

Toothpicks

Raw sugar

Instructions:

Put three grapes on a toothpick roll in the raw sugar and freeze until ready to use. In a power blender add all ingredients except the garnish grapes and raw sugar. Blend until thick enough for a smoothie, yet thin enough to drink through a straw. Pour into an 8 oz glass and garnish with the frozen grapes. Great for a morning meal, or midday lunch. This protein smoothie is packed with so many vitamins. It is delicious and filling.
