Buttermilk Biscuits

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cups cold buttermilk

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp iodine salt

5 tbsp cold Crisco shortening

1 stick of unsalted butter, or sweet Irish butter

Yields: 12 Biscuits
