Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1-2 tbsp raw organic honey
1 tbsp raw sugar
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 cups ice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until the ingredients are blended smooth. Pour into an 8 oz glass and top with your favorite berries. Enjoy!
