Ingredients:
3-5 fresh peaches (leave one peach out)
8 cups water
6 Lipton tea bags tied together
1 1/2 cup cane sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
In a medium pot add the unpeeled peaches and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil turn heat on med low and allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Turn off and remove from stove set aside. In a large pot add the remaining 4 cups of water add the tea bags, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil then reduced the heat to med-low and allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Strain the peaches from the other pot and add to the pot of simmering tea. Let that simmer together for another 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the tea bags. Let it cool. Once it is completely cool and refrigerate. Once tea is chilled serve in an 8 oz glass of ice and garnish with peach slices.
