cucumber smoothie

Ingredients:

1 large fresh cucumber diced

1/2 cup diced pineapple

1/2 cup fresh lime juice (some for garnish)

1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup diced dill pickle

1/2 cup vanilla goats’ milk (coconut milk will also do)

1/2 tsp chopped ginger

1/2 tsp fresh mint leaves (some for garnish)

1/2 cup ice

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together in a punch container. Pour into an 8 oz glass filled with ice. garnish with lime and mint leaves. This drink is very refreshing, you will find yourself making it over and over again.
